It's really cool to see the girls being more active and involved in the sports than just being the managers of the club like in most sports anime.

Girls praticing with the boys is quite rare these sport anime these days.

japanese society was 'even' as soon as imperial force pushed their ideals onto their society,(right after wwII) it was nearly a unanimous instant shift(and ironically more thoroughly done than any 'western' example.

This show never fails to cheer me up! The music is uplifting, and you can really feel the character's emotions through their body language/interactions. Love it <3

finally the girls got some attention and screentime! liked that we see a bit from their personal life and things like prepairing their bows together <3 now they seem more like real characters and not just things that are there too.

So far, I'm not sure this needed a second season. First season had more punch. This is kind of wishy-washy.

character devellopements, new character introduced, a glimps of the backstory of some characters idk, this season seems good to me

I hope so. It may be that this second season is more sports-anime-like and the first one seemed to be its own thing, not just a genre. I loved the first season.

Find 2 new girls, so they can compete in the team tournaments too :(. Its well and good, to show a sport for both genders (even if they stil are seperated, that they dont compete mixed) but they get to less airtime (not much more, even less in few cases) than in other sport anime, were they are only managers or love interests.
